Kelly Schwarze was born in Minot, North Dakota, 1978. He became interested in animation and film at a young age. Pioneer visionary, Walt Disney had always inspired him as a child, due to the magic he created, and his dynamic vision of the future.

In 1999, Schwarze along with childhood friend Jeypee Franco launched an independent movie company called Vision Dynamics Entertainment. They completed four short films, three features, a television documentary, and twelve music videos for broadcast under the VDE name. Currently, Schwarze and his team have their eyes set on the internet and iPod
market, creating a new innovative brand of short films called SMIDGITS.
